Order processing

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment partner. Any delivery date shown at checkout or in an order confirmation is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Customers will receive tracking information when it is available.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email jacobgillespie0128@gmail.com with the order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country unless checkout states otherwise.
