Stocked tees and ready-to-ship items

Stocked items are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. This is processing time before shipment, not the total delivery time. Supplier availability, holidays, and high order volume may affect processing.

Print-on-demand tees

Print-on-demand (POD) tees are printed after you order and need production time before shipping. The 1–3 business-day stocked-item estimate does not apply to POD production. Production and transit times vary by product and fulfillment partner. For an event or gift deadline, contact us before ordering for the current estimate for your selected tee and destination.

Orders with multiple items

Items fulfilled by different partners may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each available tracking update applies to its own shipment.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment partner. Any delivery date shown at checkout or in an order confirmation is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Customers will receive tracking information when it is available.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email highergroundfaithwear@gmail.com with the order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.
