Return and Refund Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a return

Email jacobgillespie0128@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send an item back until return instructions have been provided.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, personalized items, final-sale items, and products that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned. Other exceptions may be identified on the product page.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
